Restaurant

An elegant and contemporary kitchen, an exceptional view.

A Parisian oasis in the sky.

On the rooftop of the musée du quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, designed by architect Jean Nouvel, Les Ombres gastronomy restaurant opens onto a panoramic terrace, like a hanging garden of Mediterranean plants. The restaurant is wall-to-wall glass and offers an exceptional view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. During the day, the legendary monument casts a shadow onto the tables with its metallic lace, while at night, its golden lights illuminate the dining area.

During the evening, the ceiling at Les Ombres transforms into a starry sky every hour, addressing a glittering nod to its illustrious neighbour.

Amazônia. Indigenous creations and futures

Far from the established images of an impenetrable forest inhabited by static populations, the Amazônia exhibition presents a living, modern-day Amazon, told from the indigenous perspective. An inhabited land, travelled by countless human and non-human creatures, where complex relationships between the living, spirits, ancestors and the natural environments unfold.
